To search for multi-word terms, put the words in quotes
Examples: "emerald ring" "pink sapphire" "black diamond" "yellow gold"
If you don't enclose these terms in quotes, you get all the results for each word
Example: emerald ring - returns all items for "emerald" and all items for "ring"
... this may or may not be what you want!
To search for several things in one search - Put the words in parentheses, separated the word "OR"
Example1: ruby (ring OR earrings ) - Returns ruby rings and ruby earrings
Example2: citrine (cuff OR bangle OR "tennis bracelet") - Returns citrine cuffs, bangles and tennis bracelets
To exclude items from your search - Put a "-" before each word you want to exclude..
Example: "emerald ring" -men Returns emerald rings that are not men's rings
You can also exclude multi-word terms:
Example: "emerald ring" -"yellow gold" Returns emerald rings that are not yellow gold
If you get too many items or the results aren't quite what you're looking for - try your search again, excluding the items you don't want to see.
If you get no results or fewer items than you expect - try being less specific. Use fewer words, take some words out of quotes. Merchants use different naming conventions in their descriptions, so it pays to try different spellings and wordings.
